We use the same cleaners for your home/workplace

Wirral Deluxe Cleaning will resure you that the same cleaner/cleaners will stay with you for a good period of time.

Our vetting is carefully carried out for each cleaner and includes:

• References
• Proof of address
• Identification
• Permission to work in England
• Next of kin details

We guarantee quality

If you’re not completely satisfied with our service, then please tell us within 48 hours for us to remedy the situation. We’ll be happy to come back and clean again whatever is in question at no additional charge. Our job is only finished when you are completely satisfied.

About our service

• Our ‘deep’ clean will involve the thorough top to bottom dusting, wiping, vacuuming and mopping of all rooms. Bathrooms and Kitchens will be thoroughly cleaned
• Our ‘quick clean’ involves the dusting or wiping of horizontal surfaces and the vacuuming or mopping of floors
• We can plan rooms to be cleaned on a ‘quick clean’ basis and then at agreed intervals provide a ‘deep clean’
• Certain tasks, such as the pulling out of beds and sofas (where appropriate) and the wiping down of certain tiled areas, can be completed on a rota basis. Please advise if you require any rota items completing on a clean
• Interior windows can be cleaned on a rota basis, however, if required we will clean them all at once
• We can plan your service so that we complete specific tasks. We can do all of the heavy cleaning or provide a more ‘housekeeping’ role such as washing, changing bedding, general tidying a ‘helping hand’
• Our cleaners can provide ironing services, but we cannot provide a full guarantee for these services
• We are happy to work with you in prioritising the areas we clean, so that you get the maximum benefit from our time and services
• We prefer to work to your list of cleaning requirements or a Cleaning Schedule
• We can either provide all of the cleaning equipment and supplies or use your own
• We will arrive on any agreed date but cannot give a specific time unless arranged. We are able to work various hours including very early mornings, daytime, late evenings and weekends
• Usually we charge by the hour for each cleaner, e.g. a typical 4 hour clean would generally be completed by 2 cleaners for 2-hour duration

Your obligations

• To provide a safe working environment for our staff, e.g. safe electrical appliances, securely fixed wardrobes, cupboards, shelves etc
• To pay promptly for all cleaning hours provided
• Note that all cleaning equipment and cleaning materials should be available on site, alternatively we can supply
• During the period of this agreement and for a period of 12 months after the termination of this agreement, the client will not employ any staffs that have been employed by Wirral Deluxe Cleaning. Our company reserves the right to claim any loss of earnings, recruitment costs, training costs and any court costs where appropriate, subject to a minimum of £500

Special circumstances

• Special requests for additional services should be made 2 days before a service day
• If your scheduled service day falls on a public holiday, then this clean could be cancelled and we will contact you to re-arrange an alternative date

Cancellations

Please contact us, giving us at least 3 full working days’ notice if you do not want a particular clean or are on holiday in order to re-schedule our cleaners to avoid any charges.

To stop using the service

Our service continues as long as you want. We need one-month notice in advance.

Cost saving and control

We ensure you that you will receive a cost effective and reliable service. You can get the best value with us and our rates are economical enough to win business in open competition.

Insurance

• We are fully insured for public liability and employer’s liability
• All our staff will treat your home/workplace and possessions with the greatest of care

Payment

We accept payments by cheque and cash. You pay on the day the service is completed. Please leave cash or cheque for us, made payable to Wirral Deluxe Cleaning Ltd.

We invoice clients on a monthly basis. There are no hidden charges.
